Amy Forbes is Broker/Owner of Forbes Real Estate, serving buyers and sellers throughout the Oklahoma City metro and the communities around it. She came to Oklahoma from Peabody, Massachusetts in 2014, drawn by a slower pace, open space, and the sense that a future could be built here.

Her first career began elsewhere: a bachelor's degree in psychology, then a classroom in a private school. Buying her first home in Edmond changed the direction of everything. What she found in that purchase wasn't square footage; it was security, comfort, and the foundation for a life. She moved into real estate in 2018, later earned her broker's license, and opened Forbes Real Estate in 2026.

The practice is almost entirely repeat clients and referrals, which is exactly how she prefers it. Her work spans residential sales, new construction, and investment property, and she proudly represents active-duty military and veterans throughout central Oklahoma.

Her longer ambition reaches past any single closing: to help revitalize the neighborhoods around Tinker Air Force Base with safe, affordable housing, and to help families build lasting wealth through real estate.
